I believe one of the best things we can give our kids is good health, and of course that involves dental health. Strong teeth are very important, and strong healthy teeth just so happen to look good. That’s what I love about the Invisalign aligners. They work great, there’s no metal involved, and they look good. They’re clear and resemble a mouth guard, so there’s no spinach or corn cobs getting caught between one’s teeth and there’s no shiny metal to see.
Of course, with any teeth treatment, oral hygiene is very important. While using the Invisalign treatment your child will need to keep the aligners clean and also the tray. They’ll need to be rinsed with warm water and we can also recommend one of those bubbling denture cleaners as these are very good at removing bacteria, saliva, and plaque from the Invisalign aligners.
The aligners are worn throughout the day and are removed before eating or drinking anything other than water. However, all of this is minor compared to the nature and downside of wearing metallic braces. And if a young friend should ask about the Invisalign aligners, your little once can proudly say they’re building a confident smile and healthy teeth. They’re also customizable with cool add-on stickers.
